The new man in my life...

He's my kinda guy. He's the strong, quiet type, likes Chinese food and he's BIG, squishy and all-around fun! (Did I mention he's sitting next to me only wearing his undies right now? Woohoo!)

I have to laugh that O'Charley's (one of my fave chain restaurants) is using the consumer's "love of their rolls" as a marketing/advertising theme. I am totally one of the people addicted to their rolls (They are squishy and chewy and yummy), though sadly I may have less of a reason to go get them nowadays.

Happy New Year, I guess.

Well, I'm not sure how happy it was, but this past weekend started a new year for me. Not a calendar year, but a different kind of year. I'm not going to get into details, because I am still not prepared to spill my guts on the internet. Just know that above and beyond my 2008 New Year's resolutions, I have some resolutions that pertain to my unique New Year that started this Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008.

Let's see how life goes with a "clean slate."

See the glowing lights in the middle? That's Cleveland at night as taken from a rock pier with a camera phone in Bay Village. Wish it wasn't raining tonight. It was peaceful there. Guess I can be thankful for one unseasonably warm night out. Maybe we'll get lucky and have a few more before spring actually kicks in.

Some decorations at work that they haven't put away yet. I love the colors. Nice to see something other than just varying shades of red and green with gold accents.
