I have to laugh that O'Charley's (one of my fave chain restaurants) is using the consumer's "love of their rolls" as a marketing/advertising theme. I am totally one of the people addicted to their rolls (They are squishy and chewy and yummy), though sadly I may have less of a reason to go get them nowadays.
