Pizza soup for church soup sale

We cooked up a pot of this for the church soup and bake sale. Like a cross between liquid pizza and chili. The fresh mozzarella melted on top from Gallucci's took it to the next level. So easy to make! We also made orange creamsicle and peanut butter cup cake pops.

Pizza Soup

2 cans kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 jar pizza sauce
1 - 2 cups diced onions and bell peppers (cooked to tender)
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can diced Italian tomatoes
1 lb cooked crumbled Italian sausage (we used turkey sausage)
1 bag pepperoni slices diced
2 cups chicken stock
Any italian spices you want, to taste (we used garlic, oregano, basil and lots of black pepper)

Toss it all in a crock pot, stir and cook on low for 4 to 6 hrs stirring occasionally. Serve with breadsticks for dunking and mozzarella melted on top!
